COVID-19: STATUS AND UPDATES FROM ALLIED DIGITAL SERVICES, LLC

During these uncertain times, we want to assure our employees and customers, that ADSL is diligently monitoring this rapidly developing situation and will communicate any changes as they become available. ADSL will continue to operate business as usual and will do what is needed to meet our customers’ expectations within the recommended safety guidelines and protocols mandated by the government.

As more cases of the Coronavirus continue to spread around the world and within the United States, we must do our part in taking the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of this virus within the workplace. While we put our trust into the United States’ Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) to contain this virus and keep our general population safe, we regularly remind our employee population of safety best practices as recommended by the CDC.

Until further notice, we have implemented the following policy amongst our community

  1. Employees who test positive for COVID-19: Employee will be required to self-quarantine for 14-days or until he/she provides doctor’s clearance.
  2. Employees, or employees who have family members in their household, who have traveled to any of countries outside of the United States, and have returned in the past 15 days, will also not be allowed on ADSL’s premises for 15 calendar days following the return. Notification to the HR department will be required to advise of the situation.
  3. Employees with COVID-related cases are encouraged to confirm what, if any state and/local benefits may be available under ADSL’s Leave Policy.
  4. ADSL employees may not knowingly invite any person who has traveled to one of the countries listed above onto ADSL’s premises or its customer locations without advance notice and approval.
  5. ADSL will comply with all applicable statutes and regulations that protect the privacy of employees who have communicable diseases.
