In addition to her outstanding academic achievements, she has several years of work experience participating in the areas of Finance, Operations, and Marketing. She is closely associated with ADSL for over 32 years. She actively participates in social activities and has strong associations with various NGOs, dedicated to the betterment of the elderly and the health and safety of children. Her philanthropic endeavours further include vigorously working toward women's empowerment.
Paresh Shah

With 30 years of experience in IT Applications, Infrastructure, and enterprise business processes, Paresh has won several large outsourcing and systems integration projects.
He is a certified enterprise architect, he has set-up practice in Cloud Computing, Analytics and Automation. He advises customers, forms strategic partnerships and provides enterprise system integration solutions. His proactive approach to business development, execution planning and hands-on technology know-how are the key drivers for enabling Allied Digital’s growth to win several awards in recent years.
Nehal Shah

Nehal Shah has more than 13 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India and a Diploma in Computer Technology from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, India.
He has been leading strategic and operational governance processes of the business, as a member of the Executive Management Team. He has identified opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing and in-house development and also implemented & improved processes for workflow optimization. He is updated with industry trends, new technologies and implementation of various Operational processes. He inclines towards automation with Go-Green concept.
Manoj Shah

Manoj Shah is a founding and a core member of the Allied Digital management team. With over 33 years of experience in the IT industry, he has been associated with the company since inception. While being an integral part of business strategy planning and execution, he is involved in the execution of several large complex projects. As a Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for IT operations across Allied Digital Services. Additionally, he leads RIMS service delivery Operations for global Clients.
He is a Bachelor in science and holds a Professional Post Graduate degree in Computer Science. He is a certified Infrastructure & Information Security Professional and holds several system certifications across technologies.
Gopal Tiwari

Gopal Tiwari is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Company Secretary (ACS), he also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Calcutta University with 1st Ranking in the college. Shrikant Parikh

Dr. Shrikant Parikh aged 53 years is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Mumbai; doctorate degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, USA, Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Texas, USA; certified Project Management Professional from Dallas, USA.
He has 25 years of experience in the IT Industry. His industrial research has resulted in holding of 33 international patents in his name. He is a member of the Corporate Distributed System Performance Council (IBM) and is also a member of Corporate Automation Software Committee (SGS Thompson). He is a co-founder and ex-Chief Technical Officer of Globe Ranger Corp. (USA).
He is also a co-founder of M/s. InfoAlive Solutions and Services. He has served a long span of his career for IBM, USA. He has also served as a consultant and advisor to technology companies in USA and India providing his guidance on all issues relating to corporate management. He has also been training senior professionals in software projects / outsourcing services management of software / technology organizations.
Rohan Shah

Mr. Rohan Prakash Shah has been associated with the Company for over 8 years and holds the position of Head of Business Development. He also acts as “Executive Director” in Allied Digital Services, (the subsidiary of the Company in USA) since 2017. With a background in Computer Science and a proven track record in consultative sales and strategic partnerships, Mr. Rohan Shah has significantly contributed to the Company’s growth trajectory, particularly in driving expansion initiatives and digital transformation.
Milind Madhav Kamat

Mr Milind Madhav Kamat (DIN: 01772084) is having an experience of 35+ years in the information technology field. He is holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India in 1981. He has also has obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Financial Management from the University of Mumbai, India in 1989. He also completed his Executive M.B.A. in Leadership and change management from the University of Hudderfield UK(2004).In addition to his outstanding academic achievements, his professional expertise is Consulting, General Management, Human Resources Development, Information Technology, Large Project Management, Change management, and M&A integrations. He has attended various training programmes in the field of Management and Information Technology domains. He also well experienced in Lean management, Total operational excellence techniques. He supervised three M&A integration for Atos group in India.
He developed Atos digital business in the past ten years. He was instrumental in Atos delivering state of the art internet of things(IoT) solutions to Oil marketing companies in India.
He was an Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer at ATOS India from June 2007 to December 2018. He served as Group executive committee member of Atos group from July 2011 to Dec 2017. He was also associated with Origin India as a General Manager & Chief of Delivery from January 1996 to December 1999 after that he became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing from Jan 2000 to May 2006. He was also a Senior Manager – System Integration/BFSI at C.M.C. limited for a period from April 1982 to May 1996.

Sair is responsible for business in the Americas. He has more than 15 years of experience in client relationship management various IT service providers including HCL, Infosys, and Microland. He has worked in IT Infrastructure Services in diverse domains from Service Provider Strategy, Service Support, Service Delivery, Production Support, Pre Sales Support, Account Management, Business Development.
At HCL he grew the region from $10mn to $70 mn run rate. adding multiple Fortune 100 customers. At Infosys, he was a founding member of the Infrastructure Management Services vertical, where he led multiple IT Infrastructure transformations including but not limited to Program Management of Large Data Centre Migrations, ITIL Process Implementations, DR & BCP.
He holds engineering in Computer Science and an MBA.
Fred Parlato

Fred is an Atlanta based Client Solutions Director who joined Allied Digital in 2010. With a proven track record in sales, channel and business development focusing on infrastructure solutions, applications management, asset management, cloud services, security, and end-user computing, Fred is a consistent closer of new business. He specializes in building long lasting collaborative partnerships defining success as becoming a trusted client advisor and advocate. Prior to joining Allied Digital, Fred worked for The Southern Company, GE Capital, Siemens, and CompuCom. Fred has a Master of Science degree and currently holds Security Certified Network Professional, ITIL v3 and several OEM sales certifications.

His knowledge and skills include delivering Complex Solutions, Contract Negotiation, Business Needs Analysis, Network Security, Cloud Security, CDN, Data Center/Hosted Infrastructure & Applications, SaaS, Voice/Data Transport, and Professional Services. He supports some of our largest clients in the area.Phil earned a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge plus certificates in Network Security, Public Speaking, and Azure Fundamentals training.
Ashish Raghute

Ashish leads our Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Applications Practices and Delivery, since 2009. Previously, Ashish was CIO of a multi-division Fortune 500 RV company, Fleetwood Enterprises, and a Principal at IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ashish successfully delivered ERP, CRM, E-Commerce and OSS projects at clients such as AT&T, Sony, Verizon, Lucent, Sun and Cisco. His dual perspective of IT leadership – as a service provider and as a service consumer, motivates him for Continual Value Creation.
Ashish has an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from VJTI, Mumbai and CISA from ISACA. His hobbies include birding, photography and travel.

Utpal Chakraborty is an eminent data scientist, AI researcher, strategist and thought leader with more than two decades of industry experience, including as a principal architect in L&T Infotech, IBM, Capgemini and other MNCs including heading the Artificial Intelligence division of YES Bank. Utpal is a well-known speaker and author of three books and has published more than hundred technical papers on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing and has spoken at conferences around the world. Utpal has also been recognized as one among top 20 global AI influencers & thought leaders by reputed platforms. He has also been awarded as Technology Leader of the Year and BFSI Technology Leader for his contribution in data science and AI in the field of banking and finance.
Dhara Shah Bhansali

Dhara Shah Bhansali is the Chief Marketing Officer, at Allied Digital. She has a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai University, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. She has also pursued advanced studies in Data Analytics from Columbia University in New York. Dhara has 10+ years of work experience which includes content writing, branding, developing marketing collaterals, internal and external communications, digital marketing, PR and partner management. Her passion for technology has persuaded her to gain knowledge and skills in the Data, Machine Learning and AI domain. She also volunteers with various non-profits focused on women empowerment and helping the community.
Khyati Shah

Khyati Shah has more than 13 years of experience in Company Secretarial & Compliance Functions across various organisations such as Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, Elixir Capital Limited and MG Consulting Private Limited. She has extensive experience of conducting and managing board and shareholder meetings of large, listed companies. she is well versed with SEBI regulation and has managed various corporate governance matters. She has also managed various corporate action such as preferential allotment, private placement of shares and debentures, rights and bonus issues, compliances for mergers and takeover and ESOP plans. She also has experience of managing legal and finance related issues. She is a Company Secretary, B.Com and has LLB Degree.
Arun Pathak

Allied Digital is pleased to announce the appointment of Arun Pathak as Chief Executive Officer -Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CEO -CIS) for India and Middle East. He brings over three decades of experience across managed services, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, enterprise sales, and regional market development.
Arun Pathak joins Allied Digital from NTT DATA, where he spent 19 years in leadership roles across cybersecurity, regional sales, strategic account management, and managed services. Most recently, he was elevated as Executive Head – Cloud & Cybersecurity, leading business growth, service development, and market expansion initiatives.
Over the course of his career, Arun Pathak has led large-scale business transformation initiatives, built and managed high-performance teams, and worked closely with leading enterprise and public-sector customers across diverse industries. He brings deep expertise in scaling service-led businesses, developing customer-centric growth strategies and driving operational excellence across complex technology environments. His experience spans cloud, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and managed services, positioning him well to support Allied Digital's growth ambitions in the India and Middle East markets.
In his new role, Arun Pathak will report to Nehal Shah, Joint Managing Director, and will focus on accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Allied Digital's presence across the India and Middle East markets.
