Scope

The scope was to provision statewide resources for deskside support, service desk, imaging, data center support and AMC of hardware,also provision asset management and ITSM platform.
The challenging requirement was of comprehensive resolution of all the Incidents and Problems in 8 hours including comprehensive support of all the IT equipment’s covered under AMC.

Solution

  • Provisioned a Centralized Service Desk at Corporate O­ffice to support all locations.
  • Enabled strategic planning and execution of the Field Engineers appropriately to provide resolution within 8 Hours.
  • Deployed centralized ITSM Platform “ADiTaaS” and asset management.
