Designation Executive Administrator
Profile of the position: Level 1 engineer is for monitoring service provision. Competent to provide well services and support above level in basic activities
Duties and Responsibilities
  • To ensure the availability of mails to the users during the service window
  • Deliver services as per procedure/process document.
  • Generate MIS reports on actual performance as per procedure.
  • Register and close all customer complaints.
  • Participate in quality reviews with customers as required.
  • Analyze MIS reports on actual performance and work out/implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver all services and their deliverables as mentioned in the SLA/contract/purchase order.
  • Ensure that corrective actions identified in internal audits
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
  • Good working experience on Exchange / Lotus Notes Server & Client, User Administration on Notes, Notes Server Administration, Windows 98/ NT/Win 2K Pro & Server. Working knowledge on TCP/IP, Windows Active directory/DHCP/DNS/ WINS. Client, Antivirus Software, Office Automation Software & Remote Management Software
  • Good working knowledge of OS as per profile Windows NT/2000/2003, Linux, Sun Solaris, AIX
  • Monitoring and health checks.
  • Veritas & Arcserve Backup Software Administration
  • Backup/Restoration and System State Backup
  • Fair Knowledge of Networking
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
Desired Qualification Diploma / BE / BSc
Desired Experience Should have 2+ yrs of experience for desktop and 3+ yrs for server/ network in providing Level Support to all departments Schedule time estimates for projects / task deliverables, progress & time estimates for completion.
